What material are the products made from?
Our titanium products use Grade 5 titanium sheet. Check the individual product description for dimensions and any additional hardware.
Can I customize both sides?
Where two-sided customization is enabled, the designer shows each available side. Review every side before submitting your design.
What kind of artwork works best?
Clear lettering, bold shapes, and generous spacing are good starting points. Small tags leave less room for fine detail. Use the highest-quality source available and check the layout at its final size.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Contact us with your order number and requested change as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made depends on the production status.
Can I order several labels with different text?
Yes. Create each different label design in the customizer and add it to your cart. Set the quantity you need for each design, then check out when all your labels are ready. Contact us if you need information or suggestions.
How long does production and delivery take?
Estimated production before dispatch: 2 business days on average. Delivery time is additional. If you need a particular arrival date, check with us before ordering.

My designer has not loaded. What should I do?
Refresh the product page and try again. If the issue continues, send us the product name, your browser and device, and a description of what happened.
