Your customized design
Create your design in the product customizer and review the text, spelling, artwork placement, quantity, and each available side before checkout. Your submitted design guides production. Use artwork and other content that you own or are entitled to reproduce. We use the submitted design to make and support your order.
Material, finish, and previews
Our products are made from Grade 5 titanium with laser anodized finishes. Digital previews illustrate the design layout. Reflective titanium changes appearance with lighting and viewing angle; screen settings can also affect how colors look. Read the finish guide for the expected behavior of our five finishes. These appearance differences do not remove your rights under our return policy or applicable law.
Prices, production, and delivery
Review the item prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and total shown at checkout before ordering. Production averages 2 business days before dispatch; this is an estimate, and shipping time is additional. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Our shipping policy explains production, delivery, and address changes.
Changes, returns, and refunds
To request a change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. What can be changed depends on the production and dispatch status. Our return and refund policy includes a 30-day money-back guarantee for customized products and explains return postage and refund timing.
