Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your titanium piece. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to arrange a return for a refund of the item price and applicable item taxes. This guarantee includes customized products. There is no restocking fee.

How to request a return

Email Support@ZwahlenMasterworks.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address privately by email. Please contact us before sending a return.

Send the return within 14 calendar days after receiving the return instructions. Include any hardware supplied with the item and package it securely. You may open and reasonably inspect or try the product; original packaging is not required. The satisfaction guarantee does not cover deliberate damage or modifications made after delivery.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind or satisfaction return, you pay the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges are not refunded for these returns.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the design you submitted, email us with a description and clear photographs. We will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement. We cover return shipping for these issues if a return is needed; contact us first so we can arrange it. Applicable original delivery charges will also be refunded when the issue is our responsibility.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we confirm that a return is not needed. We will email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account. Contact us if you have not received an expected refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Whether a change or cancellation can be made depends on the production and dispatch status.

Your legal rights

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law. It does not limit those rights, including rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
